The Chief Skills Development Officer reports to the CEO and must have at least 15 years of leadership experience in workforce development higher education and strategic planning including managing large teams and developing policy initiatives. The Director National IT Skills Development reports to the Chief Skills Development Officer and requires a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in skills training policy development and educational curriculum implementation. The Director International IT Workforce Development also reporting to the Chief Skills Development Officer must have a background in international workforce development including HR recruitment and talent mobility with at least 12 years of progressive experience.Islamabad Jobs

The Manager Coordination National IT Skills and Manager Curriculum both report to the Director National IT Skills Development and require 8 to 9 years of relevant experience in training coordination and curriculum development respectively.
